STEP 1: CHOOSE YOUR PACKAGE
Click on the SHOP page. Select your logo package and click on the ‘BUY NOW’ button. Once you have chosen your package and have selected a completion deadline, you will be taken to the SHOPPING CART, where you can confirm your intended purchase.

STEP 2: CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT
Fill in your contact details to create a unique account.
Once completed, fill in your delivery details.

STEP 3: PURCHASE YOUR DESIGN
Choose your method of payment and continue to confirm your purchase.

STEP 4: TELL US YOUR REQUIREMENTS
Once you have purchased your product you will be contacted via email and be asked to fill out a Design Questionnaire. Fill out the questionnaire and select SAVE.

STEP 5: WE START YOUR DESIGN
Our designers will start working on your logo after receiving your order and payment. We will present you initial designs by sending them via email as GIF/JPG or PDF previews. You will be able to review the drafts and choose one or more with which you would like to proceed.

Amendments
You have up to 3 FREE amendments – should you feel the design needs it. We will complete your design to your satisfaction. If there are more than 3 amendments to the design, an extra package may be purchased to complete it. This however rarely happens.
When you are completely satisfied with the final work, we will send you your logo on CD in various formats.
